How is breakthrough thinking integrated into workplace challenges? Each problem-solving activity serves as a metaphor through which the group addresses its actual challenges, discovering answers to such questions as How can I improve?

What is a Universal Challenge Course? A Universal Challenge Course is a collection of problem-solving elements built among the trees, constructed mainly of cables and wood. Our courses are universal because several of the elements are physically accessible to everyone.
