People Mark Stailey As Director of Corporate Programs, Mark brings 15 years of professional experience in team building and leadership development to the Browne Center of Innovative Learning. Through action learning and team building, Mark’s primary focus is on improving team effectiveness and performance. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and an emphasis in group process, Mark’s background also includes designing and facilitating single and multi-day trainings, retreats and workshops with both small and large groups ranging from the executive management level to the front line worker. His experience encompasses a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, hospitality, telecommunications, health care and technology. He has provided training for a variety of non-profit and government organizations including the military, police and fire departments, social service agencies, association and educational institutions. While currently pursuing his Master’s at the University of New Hampshire, Mark continues his passion for learning through workshops, seminars and association memberships. Associations he is currently involved with include ASTD, Experiential Training and Development Alliance, SHRM, and several local chambers and HR organizations. Mark has also completed a year long program through the Second City Improv Theatre in Chicago where he studied improvisational theatre as a tool to enhance teams and collaboration. As a native of Chicago, Mark moved with his family to New Hampshire in 2004.
