Tara Flippo
Director of Youth and Student Programs

Tara holds a B.A. in Outdoor Experiential Education from Hampshire College and a M.A. in Social Justice and Outdoor Experiential Education from Vermont College. Prior to her full-time role at the Browne Center, she was the Training and Consulting Team Manager and the Youth & College Programs Director at Project Adventure Inc. from 2004-2008 and 2000-2004 respectively. In addition to her tenure at Project Adventure, Tara has served as Assistant Director of an After School Day Care, Course Director for Outward Bound, Diversity Trainer, and contract facilitator at several NE outdoor education organizations. In addition to managing day to day operations for adventure programs, Tara is passionate about program design and developing/hiring new staff.
