Youth Facilitators
The Browne Center youth facilitators are among the best in New England. Our "average" youth facilitator has logged hundreds of days leading youth on ropes courses and in adventure settings. Many bring expertise in content ares such as leadership, decision-making skills, diversity, and conflict resolution. The "typical" Browne Center facilitator:
College graduate in Outdoor Education or other youth/education related field Minimum of 50 ropes course facilitation days Certification in First Aid and CPR (many have First Responder or EMT certification) Experienced with youth and college age populations Knowledgeable in developmental issues and concerns of youth populations |
